EnCharge AI leads the way in advanced hardware and software for AI computing. Founded in 2022, our team brings together the brightest in semiconductor design and AI systems development.
Naveen Verma, Ph.D., has been a professor of electrical and computer engineering at Princeton University since 2009, where he has done pioneering research in a range of emerging technologies and systems. His breakthrough discoveries in next-generation computing have been widely recognized in industry and academia, and have led to step-change increases in compute performance and efficiency. He spent six years leading the deep research behind EnCharge AI’s core technology before co-founding the company.
Kailash Gopalakrishnan, Ph.D., has more than two decades of experience and leadership in AI, silicon devices, and chip architectures. As a Fellow at IBM, he led world-wide efforts on advanced AI hardware, software, and algorithmic codesign, as well as the translation of research innovations into widely-deployed products. He is responsible for some of the most critical trends in AI computing, and his contributions in cross-stack innovations, compiler advances, and low precision arithmetic have been adopted in flagship products across the industry.
Echere Iroaga, Ph.D., has over 25 years of experience in semiconductor design and management. As VP and GM of MACOM’s connectivity business unit, he led the commercialization of industry-leading products for telecom and data center markets, which encompass some of the most advanced and high-volume mixed-signal technologies in use today. Before MACOM, he founded Renovus Inc. (acquired by Ikanos Communications) and held engineering and management positions at Qualcomm, Teradyne, and Texas Instruments.
